What is the difference between Design Lab and custom fit?
Custom fit is free on every piece we already make: choose a style and send your measurements instead of picking a size. Design Lab is for a piece we don’t make at all. It is a one-off, priced individually, and takes longer.
Is the quote free?
Yes, with no obligation. We tell you what we can make, what it costs and how long it takes. If it doesn’t suit you, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
Is there anything you won’t make?
Two things. We don’t work with exotic or protected skins, and every piece is made unbranded, without logos or monograms. Beyond that, if you can describe it in leather, ask us.
What if I don’t know my measurements yet?
Send the request anyway and leave the measurement fields blank. We will quote on the design and come back to you about measurements afterwards.
Can I return a Design Lab piece?
No. A bespoke garment is cut once, for one person, to a specification only you asked for. If it arrives faulty or does not match the agreed specification, we repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
How long does a Design Lab piece take?
Longer than a catalogue order. Pattern work has to happen before cutting begins, so allow more than the usual three weeks. Your quote will give you a firm timeline before you commit to anything.
