Shipping is free on every order, to every New Zealand address, rural delivery included. Every piece is made to order, so allow around 3 weeks from order to door.

Nothing is pre-made. Production begins after your order is placed, which is why we take three weeks rather than three days.
Custom-measurement orders follow the same timeline. There is no extra wait for custom fit.
Free, on every order. No minimum spend. Shipping is included in the price you see.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Every address in New Zealand, including rural delivery at no extra charge. Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin and everywhere between.
Rural addresses may take 1–2 days longer than the estimate above.
We do not currently deliver outside New Zealand.
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
If tracking has not updated for more than five working days, contact us and we will chase it.
Orders are sent with tracking. If nobody is available, the courier will leave a card or deliver to a nearby collection point.
Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours. A work address is often easier than a home one.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost after delivery has been confirmed to the address you gave us.
Your garments are made in Pakistan and shipped to you directly, which means each order is an import.
Every item ships as its own consignment. Shipping is costed per garment, so each piece travels separately, and each consignment sits well under the NZ$1,000 customs threshold. GST is included in the price you pay us and collected at the point of sale.
You will not be charged anything at the border. No customs demand, no duty, no entry fees, no parcel held pending payment. The price you see at checkout is the total price.
If you order more than one piece, your items may arrive on different days. That is normal and there is no extra cost to you.
For Christmas delivery in New Zealand, order by 20 November. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be bought until 24 December.
Courier networks slow in late November and December. We recommend ordering earlier than usual through that period.
Our timings are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of customs processing, courier disruption, weather, or public holidays in either country.
We will keep you informed if your order is running late. If it has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it. If it is confirmed lost, we remake or refund at no cost to you.
Check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, tell us within 12 hours and we will correct it.
Once dispatched, an address cannot be changed. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent, but you would need to cover the reshipping cost.
