These terms govern your use of https://exodusapparels.nz/ and any order you place with EXODUS Apparels. By using this website or placing an order you accept them.
EXODUS Apparels is a women’s leather clothing brand based in Wellington, New Zealand.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Every EXODUS garment is made to order. We hold no stock.
Leather is a natural material. Variation in grain, texture and shade between hides is inherent to it, not a defect. Product photographs are accurate representations but colour may appear differently on your screen.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. If a description contains an error, we will correct it and tell you.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Nothing is added at checkout, and delivery within New Zealand is free.
We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, processed by Stripe.
Please note: payments are processed internationally. Your bank may apply an international transaction fee in addition to the price shown. That fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and we have no control over it.
The price you pay us is final. GST is included and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Where you order a garment cut to your own measurements, you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you give us.
We will check them against your chosen style and raise anything that looks inconsistent, but we cannot verify measurements we cannot take ourselves. A garment cut correctly to measurements that were taken incorrectly is not a faulty garment.
If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. We would rather check first.
Production takes 5–7 days. Delivery takes approximately 14 days after that — around three weeks in total.
These are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, courier disruption, weather or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will keep you informed.

Because every garment is cut to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This is set out in full in our [Return & Refund Policy], which forms part of these terms.
You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, before cutting begins.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a garment is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
All content on this website — text, photographs, designs, logos and layout — belongs to EXODUS Apparels or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm it is your own work and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies and nothing here limits it.
Where you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, and our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity, to the extent the law permits us to exclude it.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
