Design Lab is where we make the piece you can’t find anywhere else. Send us your idea, your measurements and a reference image if you have one, and we’ll come back with a price and a timeline. Anything in leather, any silhouette, sizes XS to 4XL.
Our catalogue covers a lot of ground, but it can’t cover everything. A jacket with a collar you’ve never seen anywhere. A dress you’ve had in your head for years. A colour we don’t stock. A silhouette that doesn’t exist yet.
Design Lab is for that. You describe what you want, we work out whether we can make it, and we quote you a price before anything is committed.
Custom fit is included free on every piece in our catalogue. You choose a style we already make and send us your measurements instead of picking a size. No extra cost, same timeline.
Design Lab is for a piece we don’t make at all. It’s a one-off, priced individually, and it takes longer. If you’ve found the style you want and only need it in your measurements, you don’t need this page — just order it and add your measurements at checkout.

Your leather is selected and cut entirely by hand. Bespoke pieces take longer than catalogue orders, so your quote confirms the timeline.

Full-grain lambskin, cowhide and sheepskin in a wide range of colours and weights. If you want something softer, firmer, heavier or in a colour we don’t stock, ask.
The clearer your description, the more accurate the quote. Silhouette, length, sleeves, closure, colour, leather weight, hardware, lining — anything you already know. Reference images help us understand proportion and detail.
We don’t work with exotic or protected skins. And we don’t reproduce brand logos, monograms or trade-marked markings — we make the garment you describe, unbranded and cut for you.

It depends entirely on the garment, the leather and the complexity. As a guide, a bespoke piece usually costs more than a comparable item in our catalogue, because it is made once rather than from an established pattern.
Longer than a catalogue order. Pattern work has to happen before cutting begins, so allow more than the usual three weeks. Your quote will give you a firm timeline before you commit to anything.
Yes, and there is no obligation. We will tell you what we can make, what it costs and how long it takes. If it does not work for you, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
Yes, and it helps. Images tell us more about proportion, cut and detail than words usually can. We make the garment to your specification, unbranded, cut in your size and your choice of leather.
No. A bespoke garment is cut once, for one person, to a specification only you asked for. If it arrives faulty or does not match the agreed specification, we repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.

Every EXODUS piece is cut to order, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns. That makes fit worth getting right before anything is cut, not after.
